What do you do in sports performance?
Students will learn to enhance their physical performance through theory and practice in muscular strength and power, muscular endurance, speed and agility, balance and flexibility, coordination and reaction time, and aerobic/anaerobic conditioning. Build speed, energy, and explosiveness through focused training. Increase agility, flexibility, and core strength to improve stroke, start, and wall mechanics. Get exercises appropriate for use in conjunction with weight room training or as a stand-alone program.
