Welcome to MAX GYM. We are elite trainers of the top sports clubs, Denis Knyazev and Olga Knyazeva, who have worked with professional athletes for many years. We are the masters of group training classes and individual 1-On-1 functional training sessions. We also specialize in nutrition and hold multiple certificates. We use individual approach tailored to each of the students needs that include stretching, TRX, core exercise and more. We specialize in weigh loss, posture correction, muscle gain, and muscles tone. A lot of our clients get individual consultations and recommendations on fitness nutrition, sports nutrition, youth fitness, rehabilitation, functional training, muscle pain relief (working with triggers). We also prepare athletes and clients for sport events, such as Spartan race and other OCR (Obstacle Course Running) events.

Olga Knyazeva - high-class athlete in Olympic weightlifting, National Champion. Master's Degree in Physical Education and Sports with a coaching specialization. 14 years experience as a personal trainer. professional athlete for 10 years.
One of the things that makes training with us so easy and accessible is we can modify any workout to suit any individual.
With every workout we do, their is a specific training stimulus we want you to achieve, a reason for that particular workout, and whether we have someone who is new to training or someone who has been training with us for years, our goal is to get everyone achieving the same stimulus by "scaling". Scaling is when we modify the reps, loads, movements, or exercise time to suit the current fitness level of the individual.
Many see scaling as "making the workout easier", but in fact when scaling is done right it makes the workout harder for the individual. With correct scaling we can keep you moving, help you move faster, and reduce your recovery time.
What if you are not sure how to scale? Don't worry, we got you covered! The coaches will support you and provide guidance and help you choose the appropriate movements, loads and rep regiments, so do not hesitate to ask.

It is necessary for newbies to attend our Fundamentals class series before entering into our regular group sessions. These are by appointment only. During the one-hour class you will be working with a certified coach who will safely expose you to our movement curriculum in a small group setting or one on one. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes.
